West Coast Lawyer Michael Bissonnette recently appeared on Radio Sydney to talk about the rapid decline of salt marshes like the Mermaid Creek Salt Marsh in Sidney, BC, the legal and policy gaps that have led to this decline, and how the BC #CoastalMarineStrategy can help turn things around.
