With all.the stress Ive been under lately, I feel like I have two solitary brain cells left. One is perpetually asleep and the other gone slightly mad and he is running around screaming while wearing a ballet tutu and a traffic one.

ive had 3 weeks off work, 2 weeks and 5 days have been spent lying on the floor with arthritis in the cold trying in vain to sort out my wife's PC. THIS is love.

That's all the xmas presents wrapped in one mega long session of wrapping by me and my wife. She is still way better at wrapping than me lol.

This afternoons project was getting to grips with how to use bebop scales. ( I already use the Barry Harris chromatic scale, but wanted to try and different sound).

What can I buy my granddaughter for Xmas? She will be 2 months old on Xmas day and I am all out of ideas.

Today is my mothers 79th birthday, given the state of her dementia I am very hesitant to use the word 'Happy' as I am sure many of you can understand. Dementia is fucking horrible!

Yesterday my best mate Chris Kelly died. He was an astounding man with a brilliant mind & one of the most entertaining people that I've ever met. I have no idea how Chris came into my life, but his death leaves a big hole.
