The US Army’s 250 years of service celebration has been hijacked for a personal vanity parade for someone who continuously denigrates our troops and the sacrifices they have made.

Instead of watching the parade find another way to celebrate our military members. No tv ratings for him. #goarmy

Out of all the government agencies, programs, and resources gutted - this strikes me as one of the sickest, most heartless moves. The National Center on Elder Abuse, really?? How does this make America great?

According to www.seniorliving.org/research/eld... elder abuse is rampant.

Yet another example of people’s data being monetized and misused. Predictive analytics and confirmation bias are making decisions for us.

We really need to wake up and start critically thinking. Are we being influenced? Did we see, hear, or read something that impacted our decision?
“Why is my information in there?” asked Kathy Gavin, one of millions of people whose data was collected by the gun industry. “Why did you need it or want it? Yes, you could use it to pummel me with postcards, but what else are you doing with it?”

Brilliant.

Malicious compliance (aka uncivil obedience) is the behavior of strictly following orders knowing that compliance will have a negative result, or undermines the order’s intent. Meant to damage, humiliate or threaten the established power structure.

Just following orders ma’am.

Put. On. The. Pressure. Any big business you spend with - tell them how you feel! Make them take a position and speak out, make them reverse bad decisions. Consumers have power, use it! Call your banks, credit cards, retailers, airlines, hotels, wherever you spend - all of them! #civildisobedience

Also since media is not covering protests we need to do it. Just make sure to be respectful and protective of identities if you post anything so people feel safe to continue participating.

Wake up people. Don’t just sit idly by. Since its inception the CFPB extracted nearly $12 billion for 29 million consumers in refunds and canceled debts. Remember the days of high credit card late fees? Predatory lending? The housing crisis in 2008? Hope you’re ready to welcome those times back.
