We are very sad to say goodbye to Dr Ethan Morgan from our department. Ethan has made fantastic contributions to our virology/cancer teaching and research portfolio here in Biochem and enhanced research culture. Wishing him all the best at his new home at the Cyprus Institute of Neurology & Genetics

Congratulations @rhysmorganlab.bsky.social in @biochembiomeduos.bsky.social for obtaining funding from @bloodcanceruk.bsky.social to target abnormal cell signalling mechanisms in AML.

This is now 1 of 6 active Blood Cancer UK grants in our growing network at Sussex. 👊 🔬🧬🥼🩸
Very grateful to have been awarded our first @bloodcanceruk.bsky.social research grant over the summer for our work targeting aberrant Wnt/β-catenin signalling in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML).
