I'm not sure how to evaluate Cal Poly lefty Christopher Downs. Fastball in the high eighties, but at 6'7" with good down-mound extension, I have to think someone's going to want to take a shot at mining more out of it. Slider has a +40% whiff rate, and the changeup is effective, too.
