Only socialism can defeat fascism. If you force people to choose between neoliberalism and fascism, the latter will win every time. The problem with having neoliberals in power is that they'd rather let the fascists win than ever cede power to socialists.

Capitalism creates poverty on one side and extreme wealth on the other. That's what it does, and yes, it is a problem. Also, it turns fascist eventually as another function of this same problem.

Capitalism creates poverty on one side and extreme wealth on the other. That's what it does, and yes, it is a problem. Also, it turns fascist eventually as another function of this same problem.

Capitalism doesn't provide "choice" to workers. It gives the illusion of choice by allowing you to sell yourself to this employer or that. The reality is that the working class as a whole is owned by the capitalist class as a whole. There's no freedom for workers in that, just exploitation.
