Sorry, @chrislhayes.bsky.social, but this was NOT a case of "incompetence" - the proper term is *malfeasance*. Every principal on that chat has received briefings on handling classified information and the criminal penalties under Title 18 for mishandling it. They KNEW it was wrong & did it anyway.
