Expanding the Ultra Low Emission Zone wasn’t a decision I took lightly, but the latest figures show that it was the right one for the health of millions of Londoners.

Getting up early is hard! Hand drawn comic by me in pastels and blue ink, assembled in Procreate

The panel is yellow Panel 2 - the woman tells a man that she is going to get up at 5am tomorrow to do some exercise. The man is shocked.
