Set pieces aside, I don’t think we were that bad. Much improved away performance compared to prior years.
And Amorim is proactive in games - not afraid to make changes when needed. And early.

Watching the clips from Amorim’s first training session yesterday was very refreshing. Him with his kit and boots on getting involved.
Genuinely could not imagine Ten Hag, Rangnick, even Ole, doing the same.
You’d hope the players will buy into his ways quickly with him involving himself so much

With football Twitter rapidly reassembling here, one plea to help leave the toxicity behind: your football club is not a person. It doesn't have feelings, it doesn't experience disrespect. Love your club by all means, but recognise that it does not need you to fight for its honour on social media.

We’ve been here before with new managers but, with Amorim, this is the first time I’ve been genuinely optimistic.
Our squad isn’t a bad squad. And the youngsters are tearing it up. Amorim could be exactly what is needed to get the best out of this bunch and the youth squads in future. #mufc
