This was my 4th attempt at mosaic crochet, if you haven't tried it then give it a go, it's far easier then it looks :)

This made me jump so much, we got so close to it before it moved, I genuinely thought it was a model XD
Sometimes, real things can look almost fake. @beebootlefloof.bsky.social and I saw this bird and at first we both though it was a kids toy or a model the groundskeepers had put there. Until it jumped up, darted into the bush and made both of us jump!

So I went and took a bunch more photos of plants and stuff, and then prodded the internet for open source alternatives to Lightroom. Expect my nature photos to be at least 90% more pretentious from now on :P

🧶 I made a teeny tiny ghost with glow in the dark thread. It's made with a 0.50 mm crochet hook and is just under a cm tall. I will probably lose it within 10 mins of finishing it!

🧶 I crocheted tiny ginger cats, I crochet a lot, it helps to keep me sane... mostly! I joke but I do find that keeping my hands busy helps to keep my mind quiet.

I crocheted this when the Donald Trump balloon came to London. I wish the next and only time we hear about the orange dickhead is that he is locked away for eleventy billion years! It's not gonna happen but a girl can wish!

This is my beautiful old boy Loki, he's 20 and has dementia but he's still happy and healthy. He is also obsessed with the bath, he can get in but can't get out, he calls out to be rescued and then gets straight back in! I'm looking forward to this obsession passing!
