Chronic pain friends - how do you manage it (aside from meds)? When should you take a pain med vs go without? I realized that I've had chronic pain for years, but my brain has been blocking it out, so... I'm trying to figure out what to do until I can see a doctor 😅 Any advice is welcome!

I’m sorry for the silence recently! I’ve actually been finishing up my Bachelor’s degree, so I’ve been super busy this past year! Graduation is soon though, so hopefully I’ll have more time to post and work on new patterns for all of you! 💜🧶

I've been looking for a spinning wheel or an electric spinner but they're all too expensive for me rn; anyone have any ideas on where I might be able to find some for a little cheaper? I know it wouldn't be as good quality, but I wanna see if I like spinning better that way before I buy a nice one

I somehow knitted 26 projects in 2024, and all 15 (except one) of my current published/soon-to-be-published knit designs were made in 2024 too 😅 I have no idea how I did that, but I’ve learned so much from it 🧶🌺
