I have been part of #bluesky since pretty early on. One of the reasons I found myself not using it is I never really gained any traction. It always seemed as if I were talking into a void here. Lets see if anything has changed.

#bipolar #depression can make a man feel ugly and worthless. Its only recently when I have started to learn how to show myself the love I deserve.

Learning how to love myself when battling #bipolar #depression can be immensely challenging. I grew up hating how I looked and with the help of many people I’m learning how to show love to myself and accept myself for all the imperfections. #mentalhealth.

I woke up today ready to face a new day despite battling bipolar.
I do so because I will not let a mental illness define who I am nor use it as a reason to stay stagnant.

I get that Bluesky is adding users as X dies and while I am happy about that the user interaction on bluesky I find as lacking unless of course your beautiful which I am totally not lol.

Hiding how much depression hurts from loved ones only isolates us more.
We don't want to be a bother to people, we don't think we matter enough to get the attention we need.
Let people love you when you need it the most.
