Badge would need a woman who has an appetite. As a Culinarian he loves feeding people, doting upon them. It makes him happy. They also have to have a sense of adventure.
Physical appearance doesn't much matter, though I guess he prefers other lalafell.

When he was a child all Badge wanted to do was to become an adventurer like his mother.

Weavy wanted to become like her godmother. Beautiful, smart, cool, but most of all WEALTHY

Mahina just wanted to be happy

Badge started his adventure as a monk. So all you've managed to really do is force a class change on him. As a responsible father, he has trained both his daughters in the pugilistic arts. So Weavy and Mahina are able to throw hands.
