I like the contrast, it highlights MAGA hypocrisy. But, IMHO, the term “pregnant people” is a big loser for any Dem seeking to build a broader coalition ahead of the next election.
This term signals would-be moderates that liberals aim to obliterate lines between gender & sex. It’s not helpful.
