JANUARY 1, 2026 A new year doesn’t require a total overhaul. You don’t need to reinvent yourself today or fix everything all at once. What matters most is this: don’t burden yourself. The goal is to build, not overwhelm. Not only today either, but every day! Choose energy you can sustain. Choose habits that build you up. Small, kind steps taken consistently will carry you much farther than an intense start you can’t maintain. Happy New Year!
