They weren't able to answer why so I hung up. I then went and confirmed the telephone number. ChatGPT gave me a number that didn't match up with priority pass at all. I asked where its source was for this and it was not able to tell me.

If you've ever worked in anime localization/dubbing then you would know that the client needs to be aware of EVERY decision by the studio. They have final say on everything; even casting choices. Amazon doing this without their knowledge is HUGE. At the very least it would endanger their license.
