Ever wish you could just ask an ArduPilot log what happened?

Now you can.

🥯 Bagel now supports ArduPilot flight modes, waypoints, and natural language queries.

Free. Open source. Edge-ready.

Honored to be cited in @RRE’s Physical AI Thesis.
Physical AI isn’t just a product problem - it’s a systems problem.
You can’t just look at AI on the robot - every part of the dev process & business matters.

Thanks @vicsingh, Dennis Cherian and Will Porteous

Ok so… I’ve been working on something new.
An AI-first, edge-first toolchain for robotics.
It’s called Bagel.

🍞 Open-source
🧠 Built for Physical AI
🛠️ Free & ready for feedback

Biggest mistake at Model-Prime? Not going open-source early

In Physical AI, trust = everything:
✅ Verifiability (inspect the code)
✅ Liability (black-box ≠ acceptable)
✅ Traceability (full-stack debugging)

Physical systems need transparency. Open-source updates soon

Robots generate massive amounts of sensor data—most of which never gets used.
Data reduction isn’t just optimization—it’s survival.
Compress, prioritize, and preprocess at the edge to enable real-time decisions and efficient learning.

If the model is the data, and the toolchain curates the data—then the toolchain is the model.

Curation is creation

Physical AI and biological life both emerge from the same substrate: physics and chemistry.
But nature bends entropy to build intelligence in matter.
We’re still catching up—bit by bit, bot by bot.

The future of SaaS is AI-native: platforms that turn sovereign corporate data into real-time, context-aware intelligence. Own the data layer, own the outcome. #AI #SaaS #EnterpriseAI

The digital world had its inflection point with transformers + massive-scale pipelines.

Physical AI hasn’t had its moment yet—but it’s coming. Infra is the bottleneck: multisensor data → structured intelligence.

Building in this space? Let’s chat.

Being a robotics startup in 2025 means way more than engineers consuming data.

Analytics, compliance, execs, legal, triage teams—they all need access.

Your data platform should serve everyone, not just devs.

Curious what your org needs—DMs open.

Some say Llama 4 was rushed in response to DeepSeek, but I wonder if Meta’s push for a massive context window is just them optimizing on a different axis-taking a short-term hit to bet on long-context reasoning.

The future of robotics? Look at semiconductors.

Chip design used to rely on physical prototyping, now it’s almost entirely done in simulation. Robotics is heading the same way: design, test, and iterate in software until the final step of fabrication. #Robotics #AI #Automation
