I’m seeing Kill Bill: the Whole Bloody Affair after work today. I’ll find out if Michael Jai White’s deleted scene is still cut; I figure it’s cut because there’s no way Bill could kill Black Dynamite.

That time of year. Spotify Unwrapped. Not really surprised in regard to top Artists (they tend to shuffle around, though I’m surprised at no Garbage), songs are always a crapshoot. I did listen to Boy a lot after seeing Companion.

A hard disagree with Tarantino about Paul Dano’s performance as Eli Sunday in There Will Be Blood. He’s such a smug snake, when DDL destroys him, verbally and physically, at the end, it’s so satisfying. It’s probably Dano’s best performance.

A friend said Disney’s Robin Hood was the bisexual awakening for lots of people. I’m guessing Road to El Dorado did it for early 2000s. I’m also going to guess the movie for this new generation is going to be the Bad Guys 2.

I’m wondering how Black Phone could have a sequel with the Grabber involved; what worked well in that movie/story was how he was basically a regular man and a coward,. I’m guessing the sequel is hiding some things in the trailer…I hope so, because the trailer does look pretty good.

I didn’t know what I wanted, so I got a surprise doughnut from Dunkin. So of course they give me the worst doughnut to have while you’re driving: powder. So now I look like I’m covered in cocaine. I admit, though, I was sure in for a surprise!
