I got qualms with that "ChatGPT atrophies brain cognition" study. I don't think the study held enough variables on how users used the tools.
eg: I can copy+paste from Google and have ~lower brain activity. I can also prompt ChatGPT as a thinking partner and have ~higher brain activity.

I’ve been thinking a lot about how building products is actually an artistic medium. Like a painting, products are expressions of who we are, our values, and our worldviews.
This feels like Zuck is halfway to getting it then just inputs his own interests as a solution. There's a real problem of solitude in the modern world, but solution isn't to try to profit off loneliness w/ bots; it's to try to change society to help people get together IRL, not increase online silos

I’ve been thinking a lot about how building products is actually an artistic medium. Like a painting, products are expressions of who we are, our values, and our worldviews.
