Am I upset about ending the shutdown? Kind of.
But here are the good parts.
1. Shutdown over.
2. Reverses Trump's illegal firings, and ensures furloughed workers get backpay.
And most troll-esque: to reopen the government, the House needs to be in session and accept it.
