THIS!!! We had an opportunity to start everything over in ways that would serve the best interests of humanity, but we - our government representatives - completely blew it. Now they're willfully taking us BACKWARDS and endangering even more lives. 😡😭🤬

If you are a federal worker being offered a buyout, I would advise against taking it.

Of course, this is a personal decision for everyone and it’s your choice.

But these offers are a rush job. The legality is questionable and this admin does not keep to its word.

They aren’t firing for a reason.

I’ve written to Superintendents in large school districts asking what measures they’ve taken to safeguard their students from ICE raids. I’ve reached out to county government leaders asking how they’re informing residents on safeguarding themselves.
Crickets from all but 1, but I’ll keep asking.

Nestle and several agricultural sectors have been stealing and diverting California waters for decades. If consumers want to do their part to help, boycott Nestle, and stop consuming dairy and almonds (oat milk is a low impact alternative that happens to also taste great.)

Trump is threatening to hold wildfire aid hostage. Can he really do that?

Is anyone else having issues with their feeds? I tend to doom scroll so my "cat" and "dog" feeds are my breakaways, but for some reason the "dog" feed is consistently showing this sort of news.

I suspect many are leaving the profession altogether. I've been looking for a replacement since my therapist left, for over 3 years now, and have noticed the lists of names on Psychology.com changes often, with only a few providers staying consistent.

Removing the Constitution from the white house website doesn't change it either. www.motherjones.com/politics/202...
Actually, the 14th Amendment still exists
Trump signed an executive order purporting to rewrite birthright citizenship. That's not how the Constitution works.

Refuse to patronize businesses that (1) disrespect Jimmy Carter - and the law - and (2) seek to ingratiate themselves to the orange shitgibbon & his flying monkeys by raising their flag to full staff before Jan. 28.
