I voice training programs for a company who has a DOD contract to do cybersecurity training for their offices. It occurs to me that 1) SOMEONE(S) need mandatory training and 2) I’m more qualified to be a high ranking govt official thanTrump appointees. Which is frightening in and of itself.

A friend drove two hours today for her breast cancer chemotherapy only to learn it was canceled due to NIH cuts. Clinical trial ended midstream. No treatment, no restart, no plan, no information. Her bro-in-law's chemo was also canceled.

I am embarking on a survival strategy for the next 4 years. pretend it’s 2008. Use a land line. Shop at stores (not Amazon). Talk to friends & neighbors - not just read their updates. Plant a bigger garden. Can tomatoes. Blow up the tv. Eat a lot of peaches. Try to find Jesus on our own.
