The online shopping world is rife with drop-shipping and AI scams, so it's worthwhile to share things of quality when you find them. My Brahmaki robe is beautiful and well-made; the online sizing guide was accurate, and it shipped quickly. Yes, a bit expensive, but worth the splurge.

Logging back on and seeing my last posts were vague-booking about my mom's final illness and eventual passing.

There's been lots of good in 2025, but it has been a year, thus far.

I love how the prices of flights uniformly double as soon as it's less than a week out. As though the people looking at a last minute flights are all traveling on a whim and not emergency situations that make said expensive travel feel like extortion.

Thinking about how we combat the spread of misinformation, especially with a looming Canadian election. I recommend digging into the reports of the Canadian Digital Media Research Centre, which is a great resource for analysing the spread of online misinformation.
