Women of WW2: Resistance is the most rewarding project I've ever worked on and I've cried so much in possibly every way! And I can't put into words how happy I am that you have really loved this, telling the stories and hearing new ones is incredible. I have a strong feeling there will be a sequel!

Věra joined the resistance aged 15, and got to work smuggling people over the borders such as Poland to Slovakia, to Hungary and onto Yugoslavia. An exceedingly dangerous job which took her story to Auschwitz, where she used her theory that not many people die on their birthday, to take up an unknown task.
That task ended up being moved to a more central camp assembling V-2 bombs, which she of course sabotaged.
Vera passed away peacefully aged 82 on Decemer 11th, which was not her birthday.

Sat down and watched K-Pop Demon Hunters with the youngest today. The soundtrack is honestly great, there are songs that I can have on repeat until the heat death of the universe or until something else becomes a fixation.
