We (Thom van Dooren, Julia Kindt, @zoesadokierski.bsky.social and myself) recently launched the Animal Tales project at Chau Chak Wing Museum exploring storytelling with the many animals (big and small) within the museums displayed collection. a big thanks to all of the story tellers involved!
Want to travel into the captivating worlds of animals? A talented group of storytellers from the University of Sydney and University of Technology Sydney have created an interactive animal trail to cultivate a deeper appreciation for some of the remarkable creatures that we share this planet with.

Bird nests made from anti-bird spikes?! 🤯

Hi, I'm a nest researcher 👋 and new here on BlueSky, sharing the craziest #bird nests I've ever found. 👀 Today, I’m sharing my discovery of rebellious birds that build nests out of anti-bird spikes. And honestly, it's like telling a joke...

A thread. 🧵

Lots of great panels at this (free) conference including a keynote from Angie Abdilla. I have a new work showing in the associated exhibition & will be running a #criticalAI workshop with Monica Monin on the Friday.
I’ll be speaking on AI, creative practice and ‘our’ methodological obligations at Hacking Visual Cultures December 4-6 in Sydney. No cost registration.
