That is, the PKK confirms it's ready for a new peace process. Unclear though how will Turkey build trust during the process considering its increasingly heavy crackdown on the Kurdish party DEM-run municipalities and the unprecedented targeting of those CHP municipalities elected with Kurdish votes

Also coterminous with the worst anti-Muslim riots in the history of Sri Lanka in 2014, & again in a more violent manner early 2018, enabled by Meta’s app/platform stack. Lost count of calls with company where staff leading product dev had no clue, because they joined after it made NYT headlines.

Daştan and Bilgin lost their lives in a drone strike targeting their vehicle on 19 December. The journalists had been monitoring events in Karakozak since December 8.
