Got made redundant today. Fuckedy fuck fuck fuck.

This has been the week from hell. After 6 very hard months, the universe decided to throw a fucking massive curveball at me. I am barely holding it together. The country seemingly voting for change & thinking National are the ones to offer it is going to push me over the edge 😤😤😤

Managed to get a friend along to the polling booth today who hasn’t voted in NZ in a while. Was happy to drive him there and we both felt good for it after. ✌🏼

When you’re going through something that really fucking sucks ass, it is more helpful for people to say ‘fuck that sucks’ and just do things for you instead of asking ‘what can I do’. ‘It will all be ok’, not helpful. We need to be able to express the emotions & not hold them in & try to be strong.
