NEW: The first two years of Massachusetts' millionaire tax has raised $3 billion more than expected.

And rather than driving the rich away, IPS researchers found that the number of millionaires has *increased.*

Why do we have money for Argentina while our own people lose their health care? How does this make us great?

I will not support a deal that does nothing to make health care more affordable.

We are in a health care emergency. A simple one-year extension of these tax credits would cost less than Donald Trump’s $40 billion bailout for Argentina.

A vote for this bill is a mistake.

Senate @democrats.senate.gov PLEASE FIGHT FOR OUR HEALTH CARE! Chuck Schumer @schumer.senate.gov, continue to stand firm and fight. A bully will never respect concessions and the American people are on the chopping block. DO NOT CONCEDE to this unfair wealth redistribution to the 1 percent!

This is not a deal — it's an empty promise.

Trump and his Republican Congress are making healthcare more expensive for the middle class and ending it for working families.
