There are lots of other countries besides Canada that we can learn from who are doing a much better job with healthcare. We don’t need to reinvent the wheel. We just need to put people over profits, but it may be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle.
The issue isn’t whether Universal Healthcare can work. The issue is how do we get from where we are to UH. It took Canada decades and it has a ton of limits we might not like.
The point being we have to find a starting point that can grow it into what works here
