I was disappointed to receive a rejection for a piece I'd worked so hard on. Reading the email again It's very positive. No I didn't win, but I did receive a highly commended from the judges. Considering this was a prestigious field, I know I'm on the right path.

I made my 5 am alarm, but instead of writing I had a short walk to focus my mind.
My AuDhd brain is all the better for it, and so far 500 words have hit the page 😊
