I’m deeply disappointed (but not surprised?) that LA City Council has once again chosen to perpetuate its status as the largest HOA in the city, protecting the wealthy homeowners and bowing down to NIMBYs instead of thinking of their actual constituents. When can I vote Yaroslavsky out??
