What a semester! I’m excited to share that with the amazing support of my lab, committee, and loved ones, I successfully passed my master’s thesis defense✨ This project was a labor of love, and I’m excited to build on what we found (which I hope to share sometime in the near future)

Overjoyed to share that I will be starting my PhD in Clinical Psychology at VCU this fall under the mentorship of the amazing Annie Haynos!! Working in the REPEAT Lab has been an absolute dream and I could not be more excited to pursue the next step of my training with this incredible lab 🖤💛🐏

While preparing one of my last presentations during the final leg of the semester (thank goodness!), I was reminded of this excellent article published in APA in 2022. Especially during a time when voices around weight are loud, this is a timely reminder to be thoughtful
