❌ trade union victimisation
❌ failure to negotiate a hybrid working policy
❌ failure to adequately deal with safety issues
❌ breach of recognition agreement & other policies.

<div class="field field-field-text"><p>Hundreds of thousands of people marched in central London on Saturday in the wake of the Gaza ceasefire to demand "lasting peace" in the territory.</p>
<p>According Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC)-which has coordinated national marches against Israel's genocide in Gaza since its launch in October 2023- some 500,000 people attended.</p>
<p>PSC director Ben Jamal warned that the US President Donald Trump's plan is "not a plan for enduring peace".</p>
<p>He added that it does "nothing about the root causes of violence", and pledged that the protesting will continue “until the Palestinian people are finally free”.</p>
<p>This marked the 32nd national demonstration since Israel's genocide began, according to PSC.</p>
<p>Last weekend, Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood announced a fresh raft of measures to crackdown on protests which she said were causing "considerable fear" for the Jewish community. UK Prime Minister later announced further measures including potential powers to take action against specific chants at pro-Palestinian protests.</p>

That 'data-driven decision making' we have to pay such a stupid amount of money for. But that data is just a basic inflation converter and a demographic table, not actual understanding of the complex cost of teaching differentiated across disciplines, or the complexity of student choices.
