Title 1 allocations and IDEA enforcement are some of the many things ED cannot continue to do now that all NCES staff have been RIFed. They either do not understand this or do not care. ED will no longer "deliver on statutory programs." Federal data reporting since 1867 will cease.
🧪The entire staff of the Department of Education’s NCES-a vital independent statistical agency - has just been RIFed. The continued erasure of data and evidence allows for the Trump administration to hide the impact of their corruption.
