Speed camera's: installed near school's due to self-centered drivers not obeying speed limits & either killing or injuring pedestrians in a high pedestrian area. 1-19 km. over the posted limit is $5.00 penalty per km. with no demerit points given or insurance increases. Not at all unreasonable.
