Yeah, the American people likely should have been paying more attention to getting a Real ID since 2005 - AND this is still a lovely stinking albatross of consumer rage we can hang around MAGA’s neck, so I’m ALL in on blaming this squarely on Trump.
TSA to start charging travelers $45 if they don't have a Real ID. Here are the details.
Flyers without Real IDs, passports or other accepted forms of identification will need to pay a $45 fee starting Feb. 1.

Whoever at Google thought it was a good idea to make the Gmail mobile app search results default to "most relevant" instead of "most recent":

That was a terrible idea and you should feel bad about yourself for having had it.

Guillotines
ICE deported a woman who owned a home in the US for 30 years. A judge banned ICE from deporting her to Sierra Leone where she had been tortured, so it deported her to Ghana, which kidnapped her and sent her back Sierra Leone anyway. ICE is part of this illegal conspiracy.

As a general rule, most people decrying "government intervention" regard state activity they approve of as merely ensuring the default, correct state of affairs and state activity they disapprove of as an artificial and unnatural infringement on it.
in general the American individuality and distrust of government disappears once criminal justice enters the conversation

Americans hate the government meddling in their everyday affairs but "criminals" are a separate class of ontologically bad people that they could never ever be a part of

This is an amazing fact
8675309 is prime, and so is 8675311, so if you ever need a middlin'-large pair of adjacent primes to test your cryptographic suite, all you need is a 1980s earworm and a +2 and you're all set.
Man, everything is so bleak, anyone got a fun fact or little bit of trivia they want to share
