It's so frustrating trying to tell those entrenched in oppressive, hierarchical structures that helping people "build resilience" and "combat burnout" is not the answer to systemic oppression. It's not an individual problem someone should solve on their own. Making it into one is a 🚩.

Honestly I never want to see the word "disrupt" used in the context of any specific industry because it inevitably means "destroy that sector's middle-class to more efficiently funnel money to the already-rich"
