We make detectors that can sense every individual particle and distinguish various types of radiation. Our cameras are also used for X-ray imaging in multiple industries. From medicine to space.
Apparently, we are the best Czech manufacturer 🏭
That's was the results of Český Goodwill award poll. 🎉We won first place in Made in Czechia category.

We are honored to receive the public's votes as well as to have won favor of the jury.

📸Who said physics won't get you on a cover of a magazine?
At @e15.cz, they were interested in Jan Jakubek's story, and how ADVACAM came to be. They called him the "new Mr. Röntgen"!

In Czechia, you can buy it now at your nearest news stand 😉

What are the Smurfs made of?
🦴Now we know, thanks to the multichannel x-rays done with our WidePIX MPX3 5x5 camera.

The material-sensitive X-rays reveal the different metals in different shades and clearly distinguish them from the plastic, shown in green.

We are proud to be highlited as some of the best innovators between Česká spořitelna's partners. 💸
To celebrate 200 years of the company, they bring the Roadshow for a stronger future to towns all over the country to show ordinary people, what Czech engineers and workers can do. And there are talks!

The International Paris Air Show is on! 🛩️
Jan Kalaš and David Malančuk are there to show the benefits of non-destructive testing with photon-counting cameras - both with or without Radalytica a.s.' robots.

🤝We are in hall 5 booth 𝗗𝟮𝟮𝟰. Come by and learn more about our country's innovation.

Lots of people are familiar with CTs in the medical setting, but what can they do in manufacturing?🏭
Sasha Senck was a guest in UNSEEN TALKS.
👨‍💼He spoke about his work with industrial microCT - it's just like the one in the hospital, but it can be more precise, because it can use higher energies.

Does China need photon-counting detectors? 🇨🇳
Well, of course! One of the leading manufacturing countries has a lot of use for its imaging properties.

Matouš Kasal talked about the benefits at Top Unistar's conference. They are our distributor for Chinese market, and we have a lasting partnership.

Our research team got a new sample made of thick steel. To find defects, they needed a strong X-ray source - much stronger than we have in our lab. We found help in Dukovany! ☢️
The sample only offered restricted access, we used backscattering and found signs of corrosion and cracks in 12mm of steel.

Minister Kupka is in charge of transportation 🚋🚗🛫🚄🚀🛰️👨‍🚀.
His next goal is to create platform for Czech companies to take the next step to space.
He was interested in the benefits of having photon-counting detectors aboard satellites and how they can help prevent or predict unwanted events.

Uncover the secrets of complicated objects with the WidePIX 5x5 MPX3 📸This camera was developed specifically for highly sensitive large area imaging.

🔍 It's ideal for a broad range of low and high x-ray attenuating materials such as
✅tissues
✅metal and welds
✅foods
✅composites
✅electronics.

39 years ago, one of the the nuclear reactors in Chernobyl's powerplant exploded. ☢️

🏘️The area around the powerplant is thought to be inhabitable for the next 20 thousand years. Thanks to our detectors, you can now see the intensity of radioactive particles in the air.

Timepix-family detectors are ideal for monitoring of space radiation environments. 🚀

That is the message we brought to #SPIEOptoelectronics.

🛰️Kateřina demonstrated the capabilities of our detectors on two small satellite missions. We created dose and flux radiation maps, as the one from VZLUSAT-2⬇️

This is how you achieve near perfect #xrayimaging detector ☢️

✅170 frames per second, data streamed at 5 gigabits/s
✅Area of 1,638,400 pixels distributed across 25 hybrid detector electronics tiles
✅Thousands of shades distinguished in each pixel
✅Spectrally sensitive image in a single measurement

Linka bezpečí, z.s. offers support to children, young people and their parents. They run a nonstop call center as well as online chat.

We donated 30 000 CZK to their cause. This amount should be enough to help 125 children in a challenging situation.
