Some friends and I are recording our first episode for a Dragon Age podcast...something I've always wanted to do and never had a good way of making happen previously. Digging up a lot of forgotten thoughts and feels about Origins and how much fundamental it was in setting up the richness of Thedas.

I think I've gotten to most people’s questions, and I promised I'd talk about influences on Emmrich and the Mourn Watch before wrapping this up. So here we go!
It took me while to figure out Emmrich's character voice. I'm happy with where I landed, but he was a tough one. A few books helped me out.

They're intentionally making government websites less accessible.
We're entering a dark period in US #accessibility.
The White House home page has a bunch of links with "aria-hidden" and "tabindex=-1".
This hides the links from assistive tech like screen readers & makes them unreachable with just a keyboard.

1) Taash never uses commas. (In dialogue or in codex entries that they've written, unless quoting someone else.)
2) In Veilguard, Solas never gives direct orders. (Barring maybe "think" or "remember".)
