Stellar year for games but I will be another one praising Expedition 33!! It was actually a slow burn for me but that ending is so good, so difficult to pull off in a video game medium, I still think about it. Also lowkey has one of the best YA fantasy storylines (please give me the Cleo DLC).

If you have never seen a pre-Code (right-wing Hollywood censorship apparatus) movie, do yourself a favor and watch one like this. You will not believe what they were up to in movies back then. The cut of Clara Bow's dress in this would have been completely verboten just a few years later.
also good to pair with Using Your Hands. Am I great at gardening? no. Is it fun? ehhhhh. But sometimes you have to stick your entire hand in dirt to nourish the soul.
