Most councils have made the connection between anti social behaviour among young people and the lack of facilities to offer them interesting alternative behaviours. No surprise a Deform council is cutting costs for the sake of cutting costs.
This is a desperately sad story, one doubtless repeated across the country, but it’s also desperately stupid:
