flopping on the sleep, but the other part is going well.
embracing a kind of hyper-pragmatism around current events where i sleep for ten hours a night and start getting more politically involved in organizations locally in a moderate, sustainable fashion.

my only actual resolution for 2024 is to be more reliable about bringing a bottle of wine for the host when i go to parties
starting 2024 on the right foot (pun fully intended) by going out for an early-morning run. this is the year where i lean in to virtuous smugness and become Worse in a nebulous but extremely real and viscerally irritating way.
