strongly endorse this statement. have treated hundreds of trans women at this point in my career, some profoundly high risk. surely the day will come when someone finally has a clot but it has not happened yet. clearly my “idgaf under 1000” policy is safe
this is not how any sort of risk analysis works (it's long term horizons and dependent on other factors) and not how hrt works (different kinds are different) and is generally really fucking stupid, but that's wpath for you, so you have to lie to your doctors to get any actual positive results Ever.
