It actually raises a point about sexual autonomy in hell. We know Satan can beam information directly into Crowley's brain—invading the privacy of even his thoughts. What else can hell do? Is it really so absurd to think that they could invade his body too?
I always found it funny that Crowley had to make sure that Aziraphale knew he didn’t actually give birth to the Antichrist.
