Finally caught up on the new Euro Council Space Strategy for Security and Defence. The doc doesn’t hide from dual use issues, charging system developers to “take into account security and defense users’ needs” while “retaining the civil nature of the Union Space Programme.” Challenging!

Finally caught up on the new Euro Council Space Strategy for Security and Defence. The doc doesn’t hide from dual use issues, charging system developers to “take into account security and defense users’ needs” while “retaining the civil nature of the Union Space Programme.” Challenging!
