Part of leadership (& basic governance) is anticipating issues & being prepared to respond when the issue comes to a head. The SK govt has had months to prepare a response to Trump's tariffs, but are only now taking the time "to consider" a response. That's not leadership. www.cbc.ca/news/canada/...
