I’ve been playing around with using feathers for the grasshopper wing. Figured out a quicker & less time consuming way than super gluing turkey quills ( they always split on me )

The logic is pretty obvious here. Presidents can’t declare war so anything the president does without Congress can’t be a war. It’s not an assessment of what’s happening; it’s an excuse.
