Last week I played a prototype with a designer, who designed it with another designer, with whom I played a prototype today & who designed a game with a designer whom I will meet on Thursday & who is working on a design with the designer mentioned at the start. All 3 never worked together before. 🎲✂️

We are currently working on a word association game and I was wondering if there are words you could include to show that you are an ally, care for minority rights and inclusion?
For example would be including the word Wheelchair be a positive signal or could it just lead to stereotypical clues?

For what it's worth, a tabletop writer who talks about game components or mechanics or strategy is engaging just as deeply with the game as someone who writes about theme or history or uses a game as a jumping off point for a personal essay. Tactility *is* the game. Colour is the game. Sound. Smell.

Recommendation to aspiring game designers. Don't send a generic pitch email to 115 publishers at the same time with CC instead of BCC.
In general try to show that you researched the portfolio of the publisher. Especially if it's not one of the big few that have a vast & diverse portfolio.
