A strong legal system can't be destroyed overnight. But between court-stacking, aggressive litigation, and outright intimidation, it is absolutely possible to overwhelm the checks-and-balances of the courts much more quickly than people seem to think.

Local media reports that Russia killed Radyslav Yatsko in Kryvyi Rih. He was just 7 years old.

The family was on their way home when an explosion occurred. Little Radyslav was in the back seat behind his father, which is where the main impact struck.
