At the World Urban Forum - wuf.unhabitat.org - of 25000 participants, maybe only 10% are speakers... is there a better way to mobilize the collective intelligence of 25000?? This ‘coffee break cartoon’ explores alternatives, maybe better suited to a Forum of 21st century co-evolution..
